Clients Relations Executive

Job Description

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal/client relations team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure accurate, timely & comprehensive understanding between all relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers
  • Maintain close interactions with customers and internal departments (Sales, Engineering Dept, Production, Logistics, Finance Dept, etc) to ensure smooth delivery of orders
  • Generate sales leads, passing leads to the sales team & following up on progress

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a diploma or an equivalent
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin/Chinese & English
  • Positive and service-oriented work attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
