Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
Meet personal/client relations team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure accurate, timely & comprehensive understanding between all relevant stakeholders
Monitor order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers
Maintain close interactions with customers and internal departments (Sales, Engineering Dept, Production, Logistics, Finance Dept, etc) to ensure smooth delivery of orders
Generate sales leads, passing leads to the sales team & following up on progress
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a diploma or an equivalent
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin/Chinese & English
