Senior HR Executive

Job Description

  • Identify training gaps; training needs analysis; source for suitable courses and plan for internal training
  • Be up to date with latest HR legislation
  • Track MC/NPL/ training budgets/hours
  • Monitor & Analyse employee turnover rate and conduct Exit Interview
  • Implement improvements/enhancements in HRIS to increase work efficiency
  • Perform HR data analysis & provide recommendation to management team

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a diploma or an equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experiences in manufacturing industry
  • Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin/Chinese & English
  • Knowledge and experience in computerized HR systems such as TimeSoft/ E-Citrix
  • Well versed in rules & regulations as per Govt Legislation, such as MOM/IRAS
  • Approachable/ Good employee relations
