Honsen’s Senior Human Resource Executive (SHRE) plays a vital role in supporting the organisation through the development and implementation of human resources strategies and programmes that provides an employee-oriented, high performance culture. The SHRE is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
Client Relations Executive are responsible for creating and nurturing long-term relationships with our customers. A CRE will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.
I particularly appreciate the opportunity to experience the different attachments within the organisation. Being an enthusiastic graduate roaring to kickstart my corporate career, these rotations are extremely enabling in helping me build necessary skill sets and knowledge. While I was given the empowerment and autonomy to make strategic decisions, there was great support and guidance from the Group CEO as well.
